Ethical Stores is owned by Indie Shaman who prides itself on
good customer service. Please note none of the following terms and
conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders are normally processed within 5 working days of receipt and dispatched by post of courier unless stated otherwise. No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission until the goods are dispatched by us. Please note our working days are Monday to Friday.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
Shop Goods (excluding magazine subscriptions)
Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 30 days of delivery. You can notify us by email, phoning 01246 251768 or by using our contact page. If we request a return prior to refund or replacement we will refund your postage costs provided the order is damaged or faulty. Refunds will be made after the goods are returned.
All physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery without reason, providing that they are in the perfect conditions that they were delivered in. The Buyer is responsible for paying for the return of such goods. Refunds will be made after the goods are returned in full. The Buyer may be held liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of Indie Shaman been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Indie Shaman Magazine One Year Subscription Purchases
Cancellation notifications for one year subscription to Indie Shaman magazine should be received within 14 days from receiving your first magazine. You can notify us by email, phoning 01246 251768 or by using our contact page. If you request a refund you may be offered a partial refund dependent on how many magazines you have already received, either in print or digital format, at the date the refund is issued. If you request a refund when you have received only one print issue you can request to return the issue, if unopened, at your own cost for a full refund; refunds will be made after the magazine is returned.
Notification of damaged or faulty print magazine issues should be received within 30 days of delivery. You can notify us by email, phoning 01246 251768 or by using our contact page. We usually will send you a replacement issue unless you request otherwise.
None of the above affects your statutory rights. Indie Shaman is covered by UK legislation and our refund terms and conditions are in compliance with UK Distance Selling Regulations.
All prices are in £ sterling. The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. Payment can currently be made by credit card via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account). Please do not send cash or cheques. Goods remain the property of Indie Shaman until fully paid for.
The contracts from the sales of goods by Ethical Stores/Indie Shaman shall be subject to and governed by English Law. Liability of Ethical Stores and or Indie Shaman and the Seller shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Ethical Stores and or Indie Shaman cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the product it sells.
Ethical Stores and or Indie Shaman shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
